We love our BBQ!

Back in 1983…

Dan and Ken planned a restaurant that would use only the best ingredients and the time-tested “Low and Slow” philosophy, bringing amazing BBQ to northeast Louisiana. Together they started Danken Trail, and we’re proud to continue that tradition.

Every day starts at 7 am, when our team begins¬†work on fresh-made sides and sauces, daily baked bread, fresh cut potatoes, and our ribs and meats…cooked Low and Slow.

Just because we can’t stop there, you’ll find some of the best fried catfish in northeast Louisiana here at Danken Trail: we use only U.S. pond raised catfish, cooked to order.
